After acquiring the brands “BACALINI”, “i cotti delle marche”, “Marchigianella” and “Cascina Marchigiana”, the Orma group now aims to increase its business in food and gastronomy. Its brands have become successful in a short time, with growing consensus from major retail chains at regional and national level. By working in a cutting-edge EEC certified facility, the company has been able to combine typical artisanal know-how with the industry’s expectations and requirements.
The top gastronomic product, which makes the “Orma Group” a market leader, is the “Galantina di Pollo” (Chicken Galantine), a true delight for the palate and a typical dish of the traditional cuisine of Le Marche. Thanks to its many product varieties, it is increasingly setting the benchmark for "light" food that is well suited to the modern pace of life while respecting ancient flavours and aromas. The “Orma Group" has progressively extended its production to other white and red meat dishes including "Stuffed porchetta-style turkey", "Duck with truffles", "Roast turkey breast", "delicious pork leg" and other gourmet dishes, packing them in various formats according to different market needs.
